Local full-service architectural design firm is looking to hire an experienced draftsman.
- The ideal candidate will HAVE 2+ YEARS OF REVIT EXPERIENCE AND 1+ YEARS OF DRAFTING EXPERIENCE.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinate with other drafters, consultants, and the project manager to ensure project tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Assist Project Managers in developing project plans and schedules
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for the team and management
- Support resource allocation and manage project-related administrative tasks
- Identify and escalate project issues to the Project Manager as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Revit
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Requirements: background check, pre-employment drug screen, 2+ years Revit experience, 1+ year drafting experience
