One of Tulsa's Premier Property Management Companies is needing candidates for 3 experienced Bilingual Leasing Agents at two of it's properties.
JOB SUMMARY: Offers customer service with a positive attitude. Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents. Follows all company policies and operations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES: Responsible for greeting residents Answer incoming calls, handle resident requests and complaints Responsible for maintaining and updating leasing information Keep daily record of current market conditions stay fully informed of all rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property Develop full knowledge of the application process, requirements and screening policies Focus on maintaining on-going resident retention Keep up on sales techniques, fair-housing policies Have an awareness of the "curb appeal" of the property Help read ledgers answer service questions for residents and collect rent payments Assist in creating newsletters, communication of events to residents Follow policies as trained, for file completion, organization and auditing Communicate positively with vendors and fellow employees Anything else the manager or assistant feels could attribute to the position *Additional duties as deemed necessary by management
SUPERVISION OR MANGEMENT RESPONSIBILITES: No supervisory requirements work together to benefit the property. Help and encourage one another and pick up the slack whenever possible Responsible for security of company keys. Leasing Agents report to the Property Manager.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Bilingual Primarily fluent in English Basic computer knowledge Organizational skills
BACKGROUND REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED Customer service background preferred
RESIDENT / VENDOR RELATIONS: Good communication skills for use with vendors and residents Good customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITY: Effectively schedule appointments with residents and vendors Keep a positive attitude in all adverse situations.
DRIVER'S LICENSE, BACKGROUND CHECK AND PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED. THIS IS A SAFTEY SENSITIVE POSITION.
